I go by my nickname The Gastronomer here. Having my passion for whipping up gourmet dishes sparked a few years ago, I’m now on the quest to become a chef, enjoy learning, and discover good food and beverages.

To help me (and others) along, this site has been created to serve as a platform for me to share my kitchen experiments, food experiences, and also where cooking-hobbyists, chef-wannabes, food-lovers and critics alike, can meet, discuss and share theirs.
